The following disclosures are provided by the seller in accordance with Article 11 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act of Japan (特定商取引法). USMLE BANK is being prepared and is not on sale yet; these terms apply from the day it opens.

Product	USMLE BANK — access for one, three or six months to a question bank of original USMLE® Step 1-style questions on our web platform, paid for once. Explanations are in Japanese, with medical terms kept in English.
Price	One month (30 days): US$149. Three months (90 days): US$229. Six months (180 days): US$299. Each is a single payment; nothing renews. Consumption tax, where applicable, is included in the displayed price.
Additional fees	No additional fees are charged by the seller. Any currency-conversion charges or fees levied by the customer's card issuer or bank are the responsibility of the customer, as is the customer's own internet connection.
Accepted payment methods	PayPal or major credit or debit cards, processed securely through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay by card.
Payment due date	The full amount is charged once, at the time of purchase. Nothing renews, and no further payment is taken when the period ends.
Delivery / timing	Access is delivered digitally and begins immediately once payment is confirmed. Sign in with the account you created and the full question bank is available; nothing is posted and no installation is required.
Cancellation & refunds	Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel: access ends on the last day of the period paid for. Because access is granted immediately on payment, we do not refund a payment once access has begun, and we do not pro-rate an unused part of a period. If the service is defective or unavailable, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. Twenty questions are free without payment, so you can confirm the product before buying.
System requirements	A modern web browser and an internet connection. An account is required. Access is licensed to one individual and may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed. Up to three sign-ins may be active on one account at the same time; a fourth ends the least recently used one.

解約・返金について	自動更新はないため、解約の手続きは必要ありません。ご利用はお支払いいただいた期間の末日に終了します。お支払いと同時にご利用が開始されるため、お支払い済みの料金の返金および未使用期間の日割り精算はいたしかねます。サービスに不具合がある場合や利用できない場合は、お問い合わせください。速やかに対応いたします。20問は無料でお試しいただけますので、ご購入前にご確認ください。
動作環境	最新のウェブブラウザとインターネット接続が必要です。ご利用にはアカウントの作成が必要です。アクセス権はご利用者お一人に対して発行され、共有・複製・再配布はできません。同一アカウントで同時にログインできるのは3つまでです。4つ目のログインが行われた場合、最も長く使われていないログインが終了します。
